I had to write an essay about Hemingway.
My only thought: “One of the guys who fucked Ryan has a dog with that name.”
… I then spent the rest of my time trying to remember who the said guy was because, according to fanfics, pretty much everyone has fucked Ryan at some point.

And that taught me a good lesson.
Basically, the virus I had let the computer load until desktop. All was fine for about 15 seconds, then the icons disappeared and it showed a message saying the “police” blocked my computer because I was found guilty of being a terrorist and a pedophile and I don’t know what other crimes. But if I gave them money via credit card, they would unlock the computer. If not, the computer would be used as evidence in the trial. (I’m still trying to figure out who would actually believe that.)
Anyway, it blocked everything so I looked up info on Google to know how to get rid of that virus. I ended up on a forum where people posted really complicated solutions, and one of the guys there said that leaving the computer off for 4 days would have it working again. Of course, I thought that was stupid and I tried other solutions.
Nothing of what I tried worked, and since I’m lazy as fuck, I thought I’d wait some more time before trying another solution. In the end, the computer had been off for over 4 days when I decided to try another way. I switched it on and let it go on until it loaded the desktop because I wanted to see if it would load the external CD player (Poor baby is 10 years old and as moody as me.)
So I waited and… nothing. It didn’t load that fucking message, and I managed to save the more important stuff I had on it. I won’t have it connected to the internet for a while though, because I came to the conclusion the virus used that, but I learned two things:
- Procrastinating is good. (I already learned that the hard and expensive way when I bought tickets for that RL show.)
- Even if something seems stupid to you at first, it’s always worth giving it a try. As my dad said, “No one would leave their computer off for 4 days”, so it makes sense no one else tried that solution.

Guess I’m gonna have to work on a stupid “cover” without my laptop and the softwares I’m used to.
… I’m fucking sick of being forced to change.
So. Bad news.
The laptop I used most of the time is blocked by a fucking virus. That means I currently don’t have access to the several hundreds pics and videos of hot guys, the fics I was trying to write and basically everything I’ve done in the past three years -.-
Needless to say I’m really, really NOT happy at the moment.
